And what’s she all about?
Hey - I get a lot of requests for coffee meetings and “get to know you” calls that I just don’t have capacity to say yes to all of them, even if I really DO want to connect with you. So, I’ve compiled some more information so you can get to know me. Scroll down and at the bottom there’ll be some next steps.
Who the Hell is Cindy?
I’m an Open Book!
I believe in transparency as a way to breakdown barriers, so I’m very open with my journey and how I got to where I am today (which is also constantly evolving). Here are a few podcasts where I’ve shared in more details my personal and business growth if you’re curious.
What EXACTLY do I do?
I train nonprofit pros on how to build and manage consulting businesses that serve nonprofits - specifically businesses structured to provide fractional executive support. My core program is the Nonprofit Fractional Operating System. Most of my other work feeds into this.
Here’s a breakdown of the business:
The Nonprofit Fractionals Network is the home for all things Nonprofit Fractional. It's a movement. A place where seasoned professionals come to build businesses that actually serve their lives, not the other way around.
The Nonprofit Fractional Operating System (my flagship program) gets you from "barely paying the bills" to "six figures with three clients" in 9 months. No hustle required.
Fracture (my private podcast) delivers unfiltered insights directly to fractional executives who are done trying to fix broken systems from the inside. No fluff. Just strategy.
The Fractional/Shift Summit brings together the brightest minds in fractional work - because this movement is bigger than any one person or business.
What do I stand for?
You’ll see the slash (/) used a lot in my marketing. It isn't just punctuation.
It's a statement.
Think about it: fractions are built on slashes. 1/2. 3/4. The symbol that shows relationship, division, and wholeness all at once.
The slash also represents choice and balance.
Either/or becomes and/both.
Impact/income. Mission/money. Purpose/profit.
The nonprofit sector has spent decades convincing us these are opposites. That we have to choose. But I’m here to prove them wrong.
I believe that profit isn't dirty. It's powerful.
I believe that you don't have to choose between impact/income, mission/money, purpose/profit.
I believe that fractional isn’t a trend - it’s here to stay.
So… Can We Chat?
Due to the number of requests I get, I have had to set boundaries around scheduling meetings. Here’s how it works:
My DMs and inbox are busy; unscheduled or unstructured coffee chats are rare.
I prioritize students, clients, and high‑leverage opportunities for the sector.
If we don’t meet, I’ll still try to route you to a helpful resource—no ghosting.
Your next step is to choose your adventure below.
If you want to still chat after you’ve listened to my podcast, or been receiving my emails for a while, or followed me on LinkedIn, please DM me in LinkedIn with more information about the nature of your outreach and what you hope to accomplish through a call.
